Employee Exchange Programs

We have a friendly corporate culture.

To accomplish excellent performance, it is important to take a break.

To enhance teamwork, it is necessary to have fun and get to know each other.

We also celebrate the births and marriages of our staff members together.

The New Year’s party with a teppanyaki steak course dinner, which has become an annual tradition.

We ask each person to speak about their personal aspirations, rather than work-related matters.

We alternate between years when we have a BBQ and years when we have a consolation trip.

Some of female staff members, who consist two-thirds of our company, find it difficult to leave the house and stay out overnight, and social events are not mandatory and participation is optional.

However, most staff members participate events because they find them very enjoyable.

The Aichi Group’s policy is to have a big party at the end of the festival sales, and every year President Kiyoshi Furusawa says, “Let’s make sure we have a good time,” and the third and fourth parties are always very lively.

During the busy festival season in August, September, and October, about 20 short-term workers join us to work at the festival hall, and festival manufacturers also come to support the sales.

There are awards for the short-term workers and entertainment by comedians, and about 40 people get together for a lot of fun. There are many people who work hard and earn well and come back every year for a short-term job during the festival season. Many of them have been hired as full-time employees.
