Management Philosophy
“Grow and prosper together with harmony.”
We have positioned our management philosophy as the company’s highest decision-making standard.
The meaning of each word is based on four thoughts.
- Warmly consider others.
- Recognize individuality and cooperate with each other.
- Enhance organizational strength through discipline and rigor.
- Thinking of growth and development together.
By chanting these words daily in the morning meeting, we will deepen our understanding of ourselves and enhance the cooperation of the organization.
Also, when we are troubled or suffer, we return to our management philosophy and make decisions. As we are helped and tested by the management principles, each of us will deepen our understanding of the management principles.
For example, when we suffer from human relations problems, or when we make mistakes with our customers or partners, it is important to see such times as opportunities with a positive mindset, and not to give answers based on our own ideas, but to face up to whether we are in line with or against our management philosophy.
Aichi Group values the liveliness, warmth, and fun like a big family that has existed since the company’s foundation, and we will continue to grow with our customers, suppliers, local communities, Japanese and Japanese-descended people’s communities around the world.

Our Vision
“Japan’s No.1 Festival Company Spreading its Wings to the World.”
We have set our management vision as our goal towards the year 2034.
We started out manufacturing military gloves when the company was first established, then changed our business format to a work clothes store, established an outside sales department and an e-commerce department, and expanded our business by taking over the business of Work San-ei Ltd.
We now offer a wide variety of original products, including military gloves, work clothes, safety shoes, and protective equipment, as well as festival goods, which have become our mainstay merchandise, and we also plan and develop unique Japanese traditional items such as fair goods and candy, novelty goods, and souvenirs.
Clothing culture has supported the manufacturing and construction industries that drove the postwar Japanese economy, and festivals have supported people’s extraordinary clothing and culture.
Our vision is to share the unique Japanese items that value organization and community throughout Japan and Japanese-descended people’s communities around the world.
We value the unique spirit and traditional culture of the Japanese people and will spread the quality of Japan throughout the world.
